Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced MIS Executive / Data Entry Operator to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the diamond or jewellery manufacturing industry, with strong skills in data management, reporting, and accuracy in handling operational records.
Key Responsibilities
· Data Entry & Record Management
o Accurately enter and maintain production, inventory, and operational data.
o Ensure timely updates of records in ERP/MIS systems.
· MIS Reporting
o Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
o Generate analytical dashboards to support decision-making.
o Reports directly to Production Supervisors of different departments.
· Operational Support
o Assist production and quality teams with data tracking.
o Maintain logs of raw material usage, finished goods, and dispatch details.
· Compliance & Accuracy
o Ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards.
o Conduct periodic audits of records to identify discrepancies.
· Coordination
o Liaise with accounts, production, and HR teams for data consolidation.
o Support management in preparing reports for client presentations.
Qualifications
· Graduate in Commerce, IT, or related field.
· 4–6 years of experience in MIS/Data Entry within diamond or jewellery manufacturing.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/MIS systems, and data management tools.
· Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
