Graphic Designer

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to join the Ajeenkya DY Patil Group. The candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms while ensuring consistency with the Group's brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
Design creative and engaging visual content for digital, social media, websites, emailers, presentations, and other communication platforms.
Create designs for marketing campaigns, events, admissions, institutional communications, and promotional activities.
Develop brochures, flyers, posters, banners, standees, certificates, invitations, and other print collaterals.
Design social media creatives, advertisements, reels covers, stories, and other digital assets.
Work closely with the Marketing, Admissions, HR, Academic, and other internal teams to understand design requirements.
Translate concepts and briefs into effective visual designs.
Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colour schemes, imagery, and overall visual identity.
Edit and enhance photographs, images, and other visual assets as required.
Prepare artwork and files according to specifications for print and digital publishing.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver work within defined timelines.
Stay updated with current design trends, tools, formats, and best practices.
Review final designs for accuracy, quality, alignment, and brand compliance.
Perform any other design-related responsibilities as assigned by the management.
