Principal Software Engineer | Engineering & Product
We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer to own end-to-end platform architecture and provide technical leadership across Cloud, Data, Full-Stack Engineering, and AI.
This is a hands-on Principal/Staff+ role for someone who enjoys solving complex engineering problems, building scalable platforms, and turning AI capabilities into production-ready products.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end architecture across AWS, Python, Snowflake, and React
Build scalable multi-tenant Python services and APIs
Develop customer-facing React applications and internal tools
Design data pipelines from APIs, SFTP, and file sources into Snowflake
Drive data modeling, data quality, security, and tenant isolation
Implement authentication, RBAC, audit, and enterprise security
Build LLM, GenAI, RAG, and agentic AI capabilities
Establish best practices around CI/CD, testing, observability, performance, and cost
Lead architecture reviews and mentor senior engineers
Influence product and technology roadmaps
🔹 What We’re Looking For
10+ years of software engineering experience
Staff/Principal-level engineering experience
Strong Python + AWS expertise
Experience with ECS/Fargate, Lambda, Step Functions, S3, IAM
Strong experience with Snowflake and data engineering
Hands-on React experience
Experience with DevOps, IaC, CI/CD, containers, and observability
Strong understanding of security and multi-tenant SaaS architecture
Experience with LLMs, GenAI, AI Agents, RAG, or AI-assisted development
Strong communication and technical leadership skills
