Role Description This full-time, on-site Project Manager Civil Engineer role is based in Gurugram. The position involves leading civil engineering projects from planning through execution, including coordinating design, construction, and commissioning activities. The Project Manager Civil Engineer will oversee project schedules, manage budgets, monitor progress against milestones, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with architects, contractors, and consultants, resolving site issues, preparing technical and progress reports, and supporting stakeholder communication. The role also requires optimizing resources, managing risks, and driving timely project delivery aligned with client expectations.
Qualifications
Civil Engineering and Infrastructure skills, with experience in design, planning, and implementation of civil works.
Project Management skills, including scheduling, coordination, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation.
Construction Management skills, including supervision of on-site activities, quality control, and adherence to safety standards.
Budgeting skills, including cost estimation, financial tracking, and resource optimization.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Proven experience managing end-to-end civil engineering or infrastructure projects, preferably in urban or commercial developments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in relevant engineering and project management tools or software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera) is an advantage.
