Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Engineer role based in Bhopal. The Engineer will support planning, execution, and monitoring of construction activities, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with site supervisors and contractors, tracking material usage, and preparing progress reports. The role involves reviewing technical documents, assisting with quality checks, and resolving on-site issues in consultation with senior engineers and project managers. The Engineer will also help maintain compliance with local regulations and company policies while contributing to continuous improvement of construction processes.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in civil or structural engineering principles and construction methodologies.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
Proficiency with basic engineering and construction-related software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office).
Knowledge of site safety practices, quality control procedures, and relevant building codes.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
Proven organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
Prior experience in construction or site engineering is preferred; entry-level candidates with strong technical aptitude may also be considered.
Willingness to work on-site in Bhopal and adapt to field conditions.
