We’re Hiring: Junior Producer (Creative Instigator & Content Writer)
In most agencies, "Junior Producer" means you fetch coffee, update spreadsheets, and stand quietly in the corner of a shoot. Not here.
We are looking for a hungry, wildly creative Junior Producer who wants to actually make things. We need a creative instigator—someone who consumes internet culture like oxygen, writes incredibly original concepts, and has the hustle to own a shoot from the first script draft to the final wrap.
We operate on one fundamental rule: Production value never matters if the idea is heavy. If the concept is brilliant, you don't need a massive crew. If you want to test bizarre, unconventional ideas that have never been done before, we will give you the green light to do it.
What You’ll Be Doing (The Real Work):
Owning the Shoot: You aren't just assisting; you are running the floor. You will handle the logistics, guide the talent, manage the schedule, and ensure we capture exactly what the script demands.
Original Content Writing: You won't just copy the latest internet trends. You will ideate and script completely original, out-of-the-box content pieces designed to break the internet and drive brand engagement.
Scrappy Execution (The Heavy Idea): You know that a heavy, original idea will always beat a million-dollar set. You must be highly capable of executing viral concepts from scratch with just yourself, one DOP, and a few basic pieces of equipment.
The "Mad Scientist" Testing: We want your weirdest ideas. You will continuously pitch and execute untried hooks, fresh formats, and unconventional narratives to see what makes the algorithm (and the audience) tick.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work directly with our senior creatives, editors, and performance marketers to ensure your original ideas actually translate into high-retention, high-converting assets.
Who You Are:
You are relentlessly creative. Your notes app is full of random video ideas, hook concepts, and script snippets.
You understand the mechanics of short-form content. You know pacing, you know internet humor, and you know what stops a scroll.
You are not afraid to fail. You understand that testing "never-been-done" ideas means some will flop—and you are excited to learn from that data.
You are highly organized but thrive in chaos. You can write a script on Tuesday and be on set shooting it by Thursday.
