Job Title: Business Development Intern
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Development Intern to support the creation of a centralized knowledge base capturing Zoo Media’s 18-year journey across brands, campaigns, and partnerships. This role will contribute to strengthening sales, strategy, and business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
● Organize and structure historical data including campaigns, decks, and brand engagements into a centralized system.
● Connect with past employees and collaborators to gather insights, context, and background on projects.
● Build and maintain a database of brands, partnerships, and key stakeholders.
● Develop detailed case studies from past campaigns for use in pitches and business development.
● Conduct outreach via calls and emails to collect missing information and assets.
● Manage follow-ups end-to-end to ensure completeness and accuracy of data.
● Collaborate with strategy and business development teams to align outputs with business needs.
● Stay updated on industry trends, brands, and competitive landscapes to enhance knowledge outputs.
