Aristo Oilchem Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a smart, confident and proactive Purchase Executive to manage day-to-day procurement activities and supplier coordination for our Oil & Petrochemical trading business.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end purchase activities, including sourcing, enquiries, quotation collection, comparison and Purchase Order processing.
Coordinate with suppliers for price, availability, quality, payment terms and delivery schedules.
Negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive prices and favourable commercial terms.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new suppliers.
Monitor market prices, product availability and market trends and share relevant updates with Management.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts and Logistics for purchase planning, material availability and timely dispatch/delivery.
Follow up with suppliers for loading, dispatch, invoices, COA/MTC, e-way bills and other required documents.
Prepare and maintain purchase reports, price comparisons, pending PO and supplier trackers.
Verify purchase invoices and coordinate with Accounts for payment and documentation-related matters.
Identify new suppliers and alternative sourcing opportunities.
Maintain proper records of purchase orders, quotations and supplier communications.
Take ownership of new systems, software, processes and reporting formats introduced by Management, including coordination with internal teams/vendors for implementation.
Support Management in special projects, business initiatives, process improvements and other additional responsibilities as required.
Coordinate with concerned departments and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Key Skills
Strong purchase & procurement knowledge
Good negotiation and commercial skills
Strong vendor follow-up and coordination
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting
Strong English communication skills
Confident in speaking and negotiating with suppliers
Good analytical and problem-solving ability
Smart, proactive and presentable
Ability to multitask and take ownership
Willingness to learn and handle new systems/processes and additional responsibilities
Qualification & Experience
B.Com / BBA or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant Purchase/Procurement experience.
Experience in Oil, Petrochemicals, Lubricants, Chemicals or B2B Trading will be preferred.
