Sales and Marketing Operations Manager

Role Description
This is a part-time, remote Sales and Marketing Operations Manager role, open to candidates anywhere in the USA, with candidates based in Colorado a plus. This role runs the business development engine of the company and is ideal for someone who wants to take ownership and make a real impact.
Own execution of DMA's sales and marketing strategy, translating leadership priorities into a consistent cadence of outreach, content, and follow through
Prepare and assemble proposals in PandaDoc, coordinating with the principal and engineering team on scope and pricing
Draft outreach to potential partners, relationship building contacts, and targeted geographic lists
Manage the sales inbox and maintain HubSpot, including sales workflows, automations, sequences, and SOPs
Write and edit marketing content, including the Trend newsletter, the luxury residential newsletter, and LinkedIn posts
Manage video content editors and the professionals supporting advertising, SEO, and GEO efforts
Minimum Requirements
Prior experience in a sales support, marketing, business development, or coordination role
Strong written communication skills and comfort drafting emails and marketing content for clients and partners
Experience with a CRM platform (HubSpot preferred) or a demonstrated ability to learn one quickly
Comfortable working independently and remotely, owning a task list and priorities with minimal oversight
