Qualifications
PhD degree from a globally recognized university or leading research institute
Strong academic background with proven independent research capability
Demonstrated record of high-quality publications or project leadership
Willingness to collaborate with Chinese academic or industrial partners
Open to outstanding applicants of all nationalities
Required Skills
STEM or related applied disciplines
International research, industry, or innovation experience
Expertise aligned with strategic areas such as:
New energy and green technologies
Advanced materials and manufacturing
Biomedicine and life sciences
Artificial intelligence, data science, digital technologies
Semiconductor and high-end equipment

No geographic relocation requirement
Preferred Skills

Pay range and compensation package
Annual Salary: USD 200,000 – 300,000+ (negotiable based on qualifications)
Research Startup Funding: up to USD 400,000
Housing & Settlement Support: up to USD 400,000 (talent housing, rental subsidies, or property purchase assistance)
