Senior Sales Force Scrum Lead - EST Time Zone

The Salesforce Scrum Lead – Agentforce & AI Solutions is responsible for leading Agile Salesforce delivery teams while driving the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce and AI-powered solutions. This role combines Scrum leadership, Salesforce technical expertise, solution architecture, and hands-on development to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative business capabilities across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.
The ideal candidate will serve as the primary Agile lead for Salesforce initiatives, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing sprint execution, aligning business priorities, and ensuring successful delivery of business value. In addition, the role will lead the implementation of Agentforce AI agents, Einstein AI capabilities, enterprise integrations, and DevOps practices while promoting Salesforce best practices, governance, security, and continuous improvement. This position partners closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to deliver intelligent customer, employee, and operational solutions that support business transformation objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Agile/Scrum delivery for Salesforce projects, including sprint planning, backlog management, stakeholder coordination, and release execution.
Design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce platform technologies.
Implement and optimize Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and AI-driven automation solutions.
Define and deliver scalable integration solutions using APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns.
Drive Salesforce DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, source control, automated testing, and release management.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce architecture standards, security controls, governance policies, and Responsible AI principles.
Mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and promote Agile and Salesforce best practices.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
Qualifications
7+ years of Salesforce development experience and 3+ years leading Agile/Scrum teams.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, JavaScript, and platform administration.
Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, and AI automation capabilities.
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, enterprise integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and modern API-first architectures.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release management processes.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of experience and certifications.
