Web administrator for the Group’s corporate website managing all matters pertaining to RHB Group's website providing assistance/advice to internal and regional stakeholders on website development/management.
Plan, manage and enhance UI/UX of RHB Group website, providing a satisfactory user experience that engages visitors to increase site visits and drive returning visitors
Manage the Content Management System for the Group website ensuring the site is in good working order with timely updates and accurate content.
Strategy & Planning:
• Plan, manage, implement and monitor creative content and technical development for RHB Group website, ensuring content accuracy, consistency and user-friendly navigation at all times
• Oversee and assist the Group and regional websites development & deployment, functionality and performance where required
• Responsible for the implementation of site analytics, meta-tagging and site/content optimization strategies to measure results to improve site traffic and performance
• Coordinate with Business Users and other relevant stakeholders to plan and implement new/enhanced content or initiatives
Operations:
• Work with Web Administrator and Web Designers, and coordinate with various business units for the content updates and approval process for RHB group website, ensuring contents are updated on time, consistent, and error-free at all times
• Support RHB stakeholders in implementing interactive projects – work closely with vendor or relevant IT teams for all content development and implementation phases
• Ensure all initiatives pertaining to the Group website complies to regulatory requirements, the Group's policies and security requirements at all times
