Role Description The Junior Blockchain Specialist will support the design, analysis, and implementation of blockchain-based solutions that align with Trustive AI’s human-centered mission. In this full-time remote role, the specialist will assist with researching blockchain protocols, contributing to smart contract development, and evaluating distributed ledger technologies for secure, transparent data management. Daily tasks include performing technical and market research on cryptocurrencies and decentralized finance, documenting findings, and helping to develop prototypes or proofs of concept. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining clear documentation of blockchain architectures, and supporting compliance, security, and ethical standards in all blockchain initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), with the ability to understand decentralized architectures and consensus mechanisms.
Knowledge of Cryptography concepts and practices relevant to secure transactions, data integrity, and privacy in blockchain systems.
Familiarity with Cryptocurrency ecosystems, token models, and basic principles of digital assets.
Understanding of Finance or financial systems, particularly as they relate to fintech, decentralized finance (DeFi), and transaction flows.
Basic programming or scripting experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or a smart contract language such as Solidity) is highly beneficial.
Analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize technical information into clear, concise documentation.
Interest in ethical AI, human-centered technology, and responsible innovation, aligned with Trustive AI’s mission.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, communicate effectively with diverse teams, and learn new tools and frameworks quickly.
