Role Description This full-time, on-site Site Manager role is based in Kozhikode and is responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution. The Site Manager will plan and coordinate construction activities, manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. The role includes liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers, monitoring site progress, and resolving issues to keep projects on track. The Site Manager will prepare regular status reports, do inspections, and drive continuous improvement in project delivery.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Site Management, including planning, scheduling and budgeting
Candidates should ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and services.
Candidates should possess skills in Inspection, including quality checks, safety compliance, and adherence to building codes.
Candidates should possess skills in Logistics Management to coordinate site resources, material handling, and supply chain activities.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
Experience in real estate or construction projects, preferably managing apartment projects.
