Role Description The Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based at our resort in Udaipur. The Associate will support day-to-day resort operations, including interacting with guests, assisting in check-in/check-out processes, and responding to inquiries to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. Responsibilities may include coordinating with different departments, managing basic administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves promoting resort services and experiences, addressing guest feedback promptly, and upholding brand standards and safety protocols. The Associate is expected to contribute to a positive team environment and consistently deliver warm, professional service aligned with Club Mahindra’s focus on magical member experiences.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and hospitality skills, with an ability to engage courteously and professionally with guests.
Good communication skills in English and local languages, both verbal and written.
Basic administrative and organizational skills, including handling documentation and maintaining records accurately.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and coordinate with multiple departments.
Comfort with using computers and common office/reservation systems; willingness to learn new tools.
Prior experience in hospitality, travel, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays, with a professional appearance and a customer-first attitude.
