About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, a good understanding of social media trends, and the ability to create visually appealing creatives for digital campaigns and brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging social media creatives, posts, stories, reels covers, banners, and digital ads.
Develop creative concepts and visual designs based on campaign requirements.
Work closely with the social media, marketing, and content teams to execute campaigns.
Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
Adapt designs into different sizes and formats for various digital platforms.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media formats, and visual styles.
Handle multiple projects and deliver creatives within deadlines.
Take creative briefs and convert them into high-quality visual concepts.
Requirements:
3+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator & Coral.
Experience with Canva and other design tools is an added advantage.
Good understanding of social media design and digital advertising creatives.
Strong sense of typography, colour, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to understand creative briefs and work independently.
Good communication and time-management skills.
A strong portfolio showcasing previous work is required.
Added Advantage:
Experience working with brands, advertising agencies, or digital marketing teams.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics/video editing.
Experience creating creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
