Job Title: Product & Business Development Manager - [business development, product management, or real estate/hospitality project development]
Location: Aminjikarai, Chennai (with travel to Hosur / Coimbatore / Bangalore campuses)

Role Summary:
Translates the Chief Mentor's product philosophy into buildable, priceable service specifications across 2.0 and all new products, and supports the Chief Mentor in evaluating and progressing new project and business development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Convert conceptual product direction into detailed specs, pricing models, and ops requirements
• Coordinate with campus/ops teams to validate feasibility of new product concepts
• Support the Chief Mentor in evaluating new project opportunities — land, campuses, partnerships, joint ventures
• Maintain a live pipeline view of product initiatives and BD opportunities
• Represent product and commercial rationale in vendor, partner, and internal stakeholder discussions
• Prepare feasibility studies and business cases for new campuses/products
Education:
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Business, Real Estate, or Hospitality Management preferred
• Bachelor's degree mandatory (Business, Engineering, or related field)
Experience:
• 5–8 years in business development, product management, or real estate/hospitality project development
• Prior exposure to senior living, real estate, or hospitality sectors strongly preferred
• Track record of building business cases, pricing models, or feasibility studies
• Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams (ops, sales, design)
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong financial modelling and business case development ability
• Comfortable moving between conceptual/philosophical briefs and commercial detail
• Sharp negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Structured, detail-oriented documentation habits
• Willingness to travel across campuses and to prospective project sites
Deliverables (First 6 Months):
• Product specification and pricing model for at least one active product line
• Live BD opportunity tracker with evaluation status
• First feasibility assessment for a proposed new campus or product
• Established coordination cadence with campus ops teams
