What You’ll Do:
* End-to-End CRM Management: Monitor the daily health and performance of our CRM platform to ensure smooth operations across sales and marketing.
* Lead Lifecycle Monitoring: Track incoming buyer inquiries and site visit requests, ensuring timely distribution and zero lead leakage.
* Data Audits & Hygiene: Keep property buyer records, agent contacts, and customer interactions accurate, organized, and up to date.
* Performance Reporting: Build weekly and monthly reports on sales pipeline health, lead conversion rates, and booking milestones for leadership.
* Team Support: Assist sales and relationship managers with basic troubleshooting, lead status updates, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
* 1–3+ years of hands-on CRM administration/coordination experience (Real estate industry experience is a strong advantage).
* Solid grasp of lead workflows, buyer pipelines, and customer lifecycle stages.
* Proficiency in advanced Excel / Google Sheets for data scrubbing and reporting.
* Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail.
