Job Description
DESIRED SKILL:
Accounting
Well-versed in IFRS, European accounting principles, and financial reporting requirements.
Working knowledge of payroll accounting and employee-related transactions.
Ensure adherence to client accounting policies, controls, and reporting requirements.
Identify and resolve accounting, compliance, and reporting issues.
Responsible for VAT compliance, statutory reporting, MIS, and financial deliverables.
Manage client relationships and ensure timely service delivery.
Monitor cash flow, fund movements, and banking transactions.
Handle accounting activities up to finalization of accounts.
Review MIS reports, balance sheet schedules, and GL reconciliations.
Coordinate with banks, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
Support billing, collections, and recovery processes.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
Education: CA Qualified only
Team leading
Leading a team of 2-3 people, daily planning of deliverables, monitoring
To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,
Excellent communication skills
Good review skills, ability to spot accounting issues and arrive at solutions
Practical experience in accounting and knowledge of compliances to suit the organization’s needs
Crossed the boundaries of operational delivery and stepped into the space of organizing, planning and development
