DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
Senior Accountant - HK
Directly reports to Head of Finance
As the Senior Accountant, you will:
Prepare month-end & year-end financial statements
Perform interim and annual audited accounts and liaise with auditors
Manage weekly cash flow forecast and treasury matters
Co-ordinate company secretaries matters
Perform various analysis on financial data
Ensure all accounting transactions are recorded in accordance with corporate procedures and guidelines
Assist in ad hoc assignments assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you
The ideal Senior Accountant:
Diploma or above in accounting discipline, or equivalent;
Student member of HKICPA or equivalent
Minimum 3 year’s relevant experience in accounting
Strong Excel skills (vlookup, sumif, pivot tables)
Experience in using NetSuite will be an advantage
Independent, self-motivated, good interpersonal and analytical skills, strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded with high level of accuracy and committed to continuous improvement
Ability to set priorities, multi-task and meet critical deadlines
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Immediate availability is an advantage
