Role Description As the Full Stack Developer Co-Founder Chief Technology Officer, you will lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of web applications and internal technology platforms that support Yucan Solutions’ business operations and growth. You will make architectural decisions, implement both front-end and back-end features, manage integrations with third-party services, and oversee code quality, performance, and security. On a day-to-day basis, you will collaborate with the founding team to translate business requirements into technical solutions, build and iterate prototypes, and maintain scalable, reliable systems. You will also establish development standards, mentor future team members, and contribute to long-term product and technology strategy. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with a combination of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience designing and implementing complete web solutions.
Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development skills, including building APIs, managing databases, and ensuring application performance and security.
Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills, including proficiency with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and modern JavaScript frameworks or libraries.
Candidates should possess the ability to define technical architecture, select appropriate technologies, and oversee the full software development lifecycle.
Candidates should possess experience working in startup or early-stage environments, with a willingness to take ownership as a co-founder and drive technology strategy.
Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP), version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines is highly beneficial.
