SAP Signavio Consultant- SAP Signavio/ LeanIX- UN Agency

For a UN Agency in Geneva NTT DATA is seeking an experienced SAP Signavio Process Management Consultant. The position can be based onsite in Geneva or performed remotely from Europe, depending on the selected candidate's profile and availability.
This role offers the opportunity to support enterprise-wide business transformation efforts by working directly with business stakeholders to document, analyze, and optimize critical business processes using SAP Signavio. The consultant will collaborate with Enterprise Architecture teams and contribute to aligning process management activities with broader architecture initiatives, including LeanIX where applicable.
Key Responsibilities.
Facilitate business process discovery, analysis, and mapping workshops with business stakeholders.
Capture, document, and model current and target-state processes using SAP Signavio.
Provide hands-on expertise in structuring and organizing process repositories within Signavio.
Support the adoption of process management best practices and governance frameworks.
Collaborate closely with business units to identify process improvement opportunities.
Ensure process documentation aligns with enterprise architecture standards and digital transformation objectives.
Connect process models and business capabilities with broader Enterprise Architecture initiatives.
Work with architecture teams to integrate process information with LeanIX where relevant.
Provide guidance and coaching to stakeholders on the effective use of SAP Signavio.
Produce high-quality process documentation, reports, and recommendations.
Required Qualifications.
Proven hands-on experience with SAP Signavio Process Manager and related components.
Strong experience facilitating business process mapping and process improvement initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to engage and collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders.
Solid understanding of business process management (BPM) methodologies and best practices.
Experience conducting workshops and gathering requirements in multicultural environments.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications.
Familiarity with LeanIX and Enterprise Architecture practices.
Experience integrating process management activities with enterprise architecture frameworks.
Previous involvement in digital transformation programs.
Experience working with international organizations, public sector entities, or United Nations agencies.
Knowledge of SAP ecosystem solutions and business architecture methodologies.
