Manufacturing & Automation Engineer – Vienna, Austria

We're seeking a Manufacturing & Automation Engineer to work hybrid in Vienna, Austria, to drive digital transformation in production environment of our client. You'll lead automation projects, optimize manufacturing systems, and implement new digital solutions while maintaining the stability of our legacy infrastructure.
Your Responsibilities
Execute and coordinate automation projects across interdisciplinary teams
Optimize production systems and industrialize new manufacturing processes
Supervise digital systems, with focus on machining and FDM technologies
Implement Manufacturing Management Software (MMS) modules
Program and maintain Fanuc industrial robots
Drive innovation in our manufacturing operations
What We're Looking For
Technical degree (HTL/University) in Automation, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or comparable field
Proven experience in automation project management
Strong proficiency in SQL, MS Office, and SAP (PP, MM, WM modules)
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables minimum)
Excellent English (written and spoken), German at least medium
CAD and Fanuc programming experience is a plus
Outstanding teamwork and communication abilities
