Hiring: Service Transition Manager | Remote
Palvex Tech is looking for an experienced Service Transition Manager for a remote contractual opportunity.
Role: Service Transition Manager
Experience: 10–13 Years
Location: Remote – India
Engagement: Full-Time Contractual
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST
US EST: Candidate should be flexible for up to 4 hours of overlap
Key Requirements:
• ITIL V4 Foundation and strong Service Transition knowledge
• Experience designing support models across the complete service lifecycle, from concept and design through transition, operation and retirement
• Risk Management
• Continual Service Improvement (CSI)
• Stakeholder Management
• Agile methodologies
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Project planning, coordination and implementation experience
• Understanding of Service Levels and their business impact
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively with technical engineers, service delivery teams and senior stakeholders
• Strong focus on service excellence and customer experience
• Proven experience driving continuous improvement and operational efficiencies
• Strong team collaboration skills
