Oracle BPM/BPEL Developer

Note: Role is open across any Genpact location, hybrid mode.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop business processes using Oracle BPM and BPEL.
Build and maintain integrations using Oracle SOA Suite components such as Mediator, BPEL, Data adapter and Business Rules.
Develop and deploy composite applications in Oracle Fusion Middleware.
Work with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of BPM/BPEL processes.
Ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
Support production issues, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business users.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience with Oracle BPM Suite and Oracle BPEL Process Manager.
Hands-on experience with Oracle SOA Suite (11g/12c/14c).
Proficiency in XML, XSLT, XPath, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
Hands-on with Linux environment
Good understanding of database concepts and SQL (preferably Oracle DB).
Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and microservices architecture.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Java/J2EE concepts.
Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Nice to Have:
Experience in financial services or enterprise-scale environments.
Prior experience in Oracle BPM/SOA migration activities
