About the Role
We are looking for a Production & Quality Engineer with hands-on experience in a factory/manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should be familiar with manufacturing processes such as fabrication, machining, cutting, pressing, and related shop-floor activities, along with project planning, inspection, documentation, and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct inspections and prepare inspection, planning, and quality reports.
Creating BOMs and Cost Sheets.
Client co-ordination.
Plan and coordinate projects from execution through delivery.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
Manage and track multiple projects simultaneously.
Prepare and maintain datapacks and quality documentation for end delivery.
Monitor manufacturing activities and ensure adherence to required quality standards and specifications.
Coordinate with the factory/shop-floor team to resolve quality and execution-related issues.
Ensure project timelines, documentation, and deliverables are completed as planned.
Required Skills & Experience
B.E. / B.Tech. qualification.
3–5 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing/project/quality engineering.
Prior experience working in a factory/manufacturing environment is mandatory.
Good understanding of manufacturing processes such as:
Fabrication
Machining
Cutting
Pressing
Other related manufacturing processes
Experience in project planning and vendor coordination.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft excel.
Ability to independently handle multiple projects and priorities.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred / Added Advantage
Experience in the Sugar Industry or Food Processing Industry will be an advantage.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
MBA from Tier 1/2/3 colleges.
Must be open to travel. Scope for international site visits.
