Account Manager / Influencer Manager

About the Role
ShenaniGenZ is looking for an Account Manager / Influencer Manager who can independently manage influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
You will be responsible for client servicing, creator coordination and complete campaign execution, while working closely with leading brands such as Dove, Red Label, JSW, Cadbury and Saffola.
You will own your campaigns end-to-end and will also have an intern supporting you with coordination and execution tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage influencer marketing campaigns from brief to final closure.
Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable campaign plans.
Identify and shortlist the right creators/influencers based on the campaign brief.
Reach out to creators and manage negotiations, commercials and deliverables.
Coordinate between the brand, creators and internal team throughout the campaign.
Ensure content is delivered according to the agreed timeline, brief and brand guidelines.
Manage campaign execution, approvals, revisions and posting schedules.
Regularly update clients regarding campaign progress and deliverables.
Collect post-campaign insights, analytics and performance data from creators.
Prepare and organise campaign reports and documentation.
Coordinate creator invoices and ensure timely invoice submission and campaign closure.
Guide and manage the intern supporting campaign coordination.
Handle multiple brand campaigns simultaneously while ensuring smooth execution.
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, account management, client servicing, digital marketing or a similar role.
Previous experience working with influencers, creators or digital campaigns is strongly preferred.
Strong communication and client servicing skills.
Good negotiation and relationship-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously.
Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
Comfortable taking complete ownership of campaigns.
Good understanding of Instagram, influencer marketing and social media campaigns.
Ability to work independently while coordinating with different stakeholders.
Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
