Technical Product Manager

We are hiring a Technical Product Manager (Engineering Product). This is not a conventional Product Manager role. The ideal candidate should have started their career as a Software Engineer and later transitioned into Product Management.
Responsibilities:
Lead product discovery and development for a multichannel fulfilment platform, which comprises these products: Warehouse Management System, Order Management System, Store Management System and Integrations.
Translate user workflows and enterprise SOPs into well-structured, scalable prototypes and UI mockups using tools like Cursor or vibe-based prototyping.
Collaborate deeply with tech leads to make architectural trade-offs that balance configuration, performance, and maintainability.
Take a strong stance against short-term feature requests that compromise architectural integrity or platform scalability.
Own product documentation, PRDs, APIs, workflows, and screen flows, and ensure end-to-end clarity for engineering teams.
Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery in close coordination with engineering.
Deliver internal and client demos, explaining product workflows to sales, customer success, and enterprise clients with clarity and confidence.
Participate in roadmap planning, balancing new feature velocity with tech debt reduction and platform stability goals.
Contribute to the design and rollout of AI-powered capabilities simplifying complex user journeys.
