What You'll Do
Monitor and maintain servers and IT infrastructure.
Support cloud-based applications and environments.
Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues.
Manage desktops, servers, backups, and basic security tasks.
Assist with deployments and infrastructure maintenance.
Monitor system performance and availability.
Support internal teams with technical issues.
What We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience in IT / Infrastructure.
Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux servers and networking.
Understanding of cloud platforms is a plus.
Familiarity with backups, monitoring, and system administration.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of security best practices.
Good communication and willingness to learn.
