Summary:
Responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory/product line.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage key accounts and develop strong relationships with multiple stakeholders including distributors, government organizations, engineering, purchasing and senior management
Increase customer base and close orders with new target customers
Identify and create new sales opportunities with both new and existing customers
Update MSD and provide weekly forecasts and reports of business potential in assigned area
Work closely with BU and regional teams to proactively drive sales opportunities forward
In addition, sales managers may be requested to assist the Japan Country Manager and business unit marketing team with researching new market opportunities and launching new products
