IT Infrastructure Administrator

Job Descrption:
Responsible for the procurement, configuration, operation, and maintenance of hardware, software, and related infrastructure
Serves as the first level of support for IT-related issues across multiple business units
Logs, analyzes, and resolves IT support tickets
Maintains records and resolves hardware and software issues
Coordinates and communicates with all relevant stakeholders
Escalates issues to higher support levels when necessary
Provides support and maintenance for all industrial computers connected to production lines
Documents all issues and support activities through the ticketing system in accordance with company standards and procedures
Administers Windows servers and client environments, Active Directory, File Server, Exchange Server, and SQL/MySQL databases
Performs daily system monitoring to verify the integrity and availability of all hardware resources, server resources, systems, and critical processes; reviews system and application logs; verifies the completion of scheduled tasks, including data backups
Regularly monitors system security to identify potential risks and security breaches
Conducts periodic system performance assessments to support capacity planning activities
Maintains and supports all telephone and mobile devices
Provides technical advice and guidance as required
Maintains all technical documentation related to hardware, software, and supporting infrastructure
Ensures the quality of work performed, including accuracy, precision, clarity, and timeliness
Position Requirements:
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs
Ability to provide excellent customer service to a variety of customers
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Ability to prioritize tasks based on department objectives and deliverables
Fluent in English
