Develop and maintain specialist knowledge of relevant Australian and international education legislation, including the ESOS Act, DIBP regulations, AVCC National Code and Privacy legislation, and comply accordingly. Ensure education agents and other suppliers of students meet ESOS/National Code requirements and provide training as required.
