Role Description This is a full-time Civil Engineer role based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site project work with some work-from-home flexibility. The Civil Engineer will oversee planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, including site assessments, preparation of drawings, and coordination with architects, contractors, and consultants. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards, preparing technical reports and documentation, and assisting in cost estimation and scheduling. The role also involves resolving on-site technical issues, participating in client meetings, and supporting quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills, with the ability to interpret drawings, prepare plans, and apply relevant standards and codes.
Experience working as Civil Engineers on construction or infrastructure projects, including site supervision and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
Planning skills for project scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management, ensuring milestones are met efficiently.
Stormwater Management knowledge, including drainage design, runoff analysis, and compliance with local regulations.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
Proficiency in relevant engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and visit project sites in and around Bengaluru as required.
