About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Fresher Backend Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to building reliable, scalable, and secure backend applications.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career developers who have strong programming fundamentals and are interested in developing APIs, working with databases, and building real-world software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain backend applications and RESTful APIs.
Build API integrations with frontend applications, third-party services, and internal systems.
Write SQL queries and work with relational databases.
Design and maintain basic database structures and data models.
Write clean, readable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Debug applications and assist in resolving backend issues.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging activities.
Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and product teams.
Follow software development best practices and contribute to continuous improvement.
Required Skills
Strong programming fundamentals in Java, Python, Node.js, or a similar backend language.
Basic understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, and backend development concepts.
Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and basic software development principles.
Familiarity with Git and version control.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong willingness to learn and work in a collaborative environment.
Nice to Have
Basic experience with Spring Boot, Django, FastAPI, Express.js, or similar frameworks.
Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Understanding of basic CI/CD and deployment concepts.
Exposure to microservices or distributed systems.
Knowledge of caching, message queues, or asynchronous processing.
Academic, internship, or personal projects involving backend development.
