Interior Designer (upto 6 LPA)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru North. The Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing interior design schemes for residential and commercial spaces, aligning designs with client requirements and SquareYards standards. Daily tasks include space planning, preparing layouts and mood boards, coordinating FF&E selections, and producing construction and detailed drawings in collaboration with architects and project teams. The role involves meeting clients, understanding functional and aesthetic needs, presenting design proposals, and incorporating feedback into revised plans. The Interior Designer will work closely with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution, quality finishes, and adherence to budgets and project timelines.
Qualifications
Strong Interior Design and FF&E skills, including concept development, materials selection, and furniture, fixtures, and equipment specifications.
Proficiency in Space Planning and Architecture fundamentals to create functional, ergonomic, and code-compliant layouts.
Ability to produce accurate Construction Drawings and detailed documentation for execution and coordination with site teams.
Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
Strong visualization skills, attention to detail, and a portfolio demonstrating completed interior projects.
Effective communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
Ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work on-site in Bengaluru North.
