About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer who brings strong creative direction, spatial storytelling ability, and hands-on execution skills in both event design and interior styling.
This role calls for someone with a refined design eye, leadership mindset, and the ability to translate abstract ideas into tangible, elevated experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Event Design & Styling
Conceptualize, design, and execute event spaces from pop-ups and brand activations to weddings and experiential showcases.
Develop concept decks, layouts, and mood boards with a clear design narrative.
Curate materials, décor, furniture, lighting, and installations aligned with brand identity.
Lead vendor coordination, production detailing, and on-site styling to ensure flawless execution.
Maintain aesthetic consistency and quality control across all design outputs.
Interior Styling & Spatial Design
Design and style residential and commercial interiors with a balance of functionality and visual storytelling.
Curate furniture, artwork, textiles, and accessories to enhance spatial appeal.
Oversee site visits, installations, and final styling execution with attention to detail.
Stay current with design trends, materials, and innovative techniques to bring fresh ideas to every project.
Qualifications & Skills
Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Spatial Design, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in event design, set styling, or interior styling.
Strong conceptual and narrative design ability — thinking beyond visuals to emotion and experience.
Proficiency in design tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Strong understanding of materials, furniture, color theory, and lighting.
Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience managing teams, clients, and vendors from concept to completion.
A refined and well-curated portfolio showcasing spatial design and styling sensibilities.
