Job Description
Prepare HKMA regulatory reports and Head Office reports in accordance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal financial control policies.
Participate in regulatory reporting enhancement initiatives, including projects, UAT, and data quality improvement exercises.
Support the implementation and maintenance of internal controls to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial and regulatory reporting data.
Investigate and resolve reporting issues, and provide timely support for regulatory reporting related queries and requests.
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in banking, financial institutions or audit firms.
Hands-on experience in HKMA regulatory reporting and returns is definitely an advantage
Strong analytical and communication skills.
A team player with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
Able to work independently under pressure and manage multiple deliverables within tight deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office (MS Access, MS Word, MS Excel).
