Role Description
This is a full-time / Sites across India, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities depending on project requirements.
Plan, supervise, and monitor day-to-day site activities for geotechnical, foundation, ground improvement, slope, and infrastructure projects.
Manage site manpower, equipment, subcontractors, materials, and other resources to ensure safe, timely, and quality execution of works.
Ensure all site activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, applicable standards, and company procedures.
Coordinate with project managers, design engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients, and maintain progress reports, measurements, and necessary site documentation.
Identify and resolve site execution issues, support quality control and inspection activities, and ensure compliance with project safety and technical requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
3–7 years of relevant experience in civil construction, geotechnical engineering, foundation works, ground improvement, or infrastructure project execution.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
Strong site supervision and execution skills, with the ability to manage manpower, equipment, subcontractors, and multiple site activities independently.
Ability to understand engineering drawings, specifications, BOQs, method statements, geotechnical reports, site measurements, and quality documentation.
Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with willingness to travel and work at project sites across India as required. Experience in geotechnical investigation, foundations, PVD/ground improvement, slope stabilization, or similar works will be an advantage.
