About the Role
You'll work close to the people who actually use what you build, whether that's a founder shipping their first product or a growing business running on something you helped create. You won't sit on one codebase for a year. You'll move fast, learn fast, and own what you build.
What You'll Do
Build and ship real features for real users
Work across the stack: frontend, backend, APIs, whatever the problem needs
Talk directly to the people you're building for
Debug fast, and write code someone else can pick up easily
Take ownership rather than wait for a task list
What We're Looking For
1-3 years hands-on experience building software
Strong fundamentals: programming, data structures, problem-solving
Fast learner, comfortable picking up new tools and stacks
Clear communicator, written and verbal
Comfortable with ambiguity when specs aren't fully locked down
Based in Kochi, or willing to relocate (this is a work-from-office role)
Good to Have
Experience with client-facing work
Comfortable juggling more than one project at a time
Familiarity with AI-assisted dev tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.)
A track record of shipping things: side projects, freelance work, internships, anything real
