Role Description This full-time, on-site SAP FICO Consultant role is based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The consultant will lead and manage end-to-end SAP FICO implementations and enhancements, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business processes, translating finance requirements into SAP solutions, and optimizing FICO modules for better performance and compliance. The role involves working closely with finance and business stakeholders, supporting CO-PA and related controlling processes, resolving production issues, and preparing detailed documentation and training materials. The consultant will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives, system upgrades, and integration projects with other SAP and non-SAP systems.

Strong SAP FICO skills, including configuration, support, and optimization of core finance and controlling modules.
We are looking for a Senior SAP OpenText VIM/xECM Consultant with 10+ years of overall experience in SAP and Enterprise Content Management solutions, including 7+ years of hands-on expertise in OpenText VIM, xECM, Archive Center, and SAP document management solutions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in SAP S/4HANA, ECC, FI, MM, Accounts Payable, Procurement, and Invoice Automation processes, along with a proven track record in end-to-end OpenText VIM implementations, rollouts, upgrades, migrations, and support engagements.
The consultant will be responsible for leading solution design workshops, architecture discussions, client interactions, and project delivery teams.
Strong knowledge of OCR, workflow customization, business rules configuration, OpenText-SAP integrations, SAP Workflow, and ABAP debugging is essential.
The role also requires experience in requirement gathering, Fit-Gap analysis, functional design, testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare support, troubleshooting complex business and technical issues, stakeholder management, and mentoring junior consultants. Excellent communication, leadership, and customer management skills are mandatory.
Preferred skills include OpenText VIM, OpenText xECM, OpenText Archive Center, SAP S/4HANA, SAP FI/MM, SAP Workflow, ABAP Debugging, and OCR/ICC/BCC Integration.

10+ years of relevant experience as a SAP FICO Consultant in complex, enterprise-level implementations.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Experience in full lifecycle SAP projects, including blueprinting, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant SAP certifications and exposure to Automation, AI, or ML-based finance solutions are advantageous.
