👩‍💻 Experience:- 3 to 5 years
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop BIM models for MEP services (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical).
· Set up Revit MEP projects using established project templates. · Create precise MEP models in Revit, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project BIM Execution Plan.
· Working experience in international projects is desirable such as regions like UK, US, Canada and Middle East.
· Knowledge of multidisciplinary and multiregional project to comply with the relevant CAD/BIM Standard.
· Capable to prepare LOD 300,350, 400 and LOD 500 stage of work. · Knowledge of ISO19650 standards
· Create coordinated drawings, shop drawings, and as-built models using Revit MEP.
· Work closely with project engineers and BIM leads to ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards.
· Update models based on engineering inputs, revisions, and coordination requirements.
· Assist in clash detection and coordination using BIM platforms/software. · Maintain project documentation and ensure timely submission of deliverables.
· Good communication, team coordination, and willingness to learn and adapt.
· Navisworks knowledge is an added advantage.
Eligibility: 🎓 BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant engineering discipline.
