Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Analog / Mixed-Signal IC Layout Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Analog, Mixed-Signal and Custom IC Layout.
Key Requirements
8+ years of relevant Analog / Mixed-Signal IC Layout experience.
Strong hands-on experience from schematic/netlist to final tape-out.
130nm and above mature-node experience is mandatory, including 130nm, 180nm, 250nm, 350nm, 500nm or similar technologies.
Experience in High-Voltage, Power Management, PMIC and Switching Regulator layout is preferred.
Experience with LDOs, DC-DC converters, charge pumps, bandgaps, amplifiers, comparators, current references, bias circuits and level shifters.
Strong knowledge of common-centroid, interdigitation, matching, symmetry, shielding, guard rings, isolation and critical-net routing.
Good understanding of parasitics, coupling, device matching, EM/IR, reliability and layout-dependent effects.
Hands-on experience with DRC, LVS, DFM, Antenna and EM/IR.
Strong experience with Cadence Virtuoso / VLE / VXL and Calibre DRC/LVS or equivalent tools.
Experience with foundry PDKs, technology-specific design rules and multiple process technologies.
Proven experience with tape-out and silicon validation.
Ability to independently handle complex layout assignments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical / Electronics / VLSI / Microelectronics or related field.
8+ years of relevant IC Layout experience.
130nm+ mature-node experience is mandatory.
High-Voltage / BCD / Power Management experience will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
