Our mission is to accelerate AI adoption among India's small and medium businesses, driving a widespread productivity increase that unlocks faster growth for the country. We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer based in Bangalore who's genuinely excited about this mission to join the founding team.
The Role: We're past the concept stage, but missing the founding engineer to build the platform where businesses and builders connect.
What you'd be building: An MVP to start — a two-sided marketplace where Businesses post challenges, Builders discover them, get support, and submit proofs of concept or solutions, plus Admin moderation and supporting tools.
Stack: Open. Preference for well-documented, widely supported tech another developer could pick up later (bring your own opinion and defend it).
Who this is for: Based in Bangalore and able to meet in person when required. Comfortable owning technical decisions alongside a non-technical founder who won't micromanage the stack but will push hard on product logic. Genuinely excited about AI adoption in India as a problem worth solving, and willing to contribute to shaping the initiative itself, not just build to spec.
Compensation: Market-competitive, commensurate with experience.
