Junior Graphic Designer

MediaClans Brand Solutions Agency is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who is creative, curious, detail-oriented, and excited to work on real brands.
We work with clients across India and international markets, which means you’ll get exposure to different industries, audiences, visual styles, and creative challenges.
From a social media post to a complete brand campaign, we’re looking for someone who can take an idea and turn it into something that looks great, communicates clearly, and makes an impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Creating social media and digital marketing creatives
• Working on branding, campaigns, advertisements, and marketing collaterals
• Turning creative briefs into engaging visual concepts
• Designing content for different platforms and formats
• Working on brand communication while maintaining visual consistency
• Collaborating with our creative, marketing, and social media teams
• Taking feedback, making iterations, and continuously improving your work
• Managing multiple creative projects and meeting deadlines
What We’re Looking For
• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design
• Good command of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Acrobat
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals
• Good eye for typography, composition, colour, and layouts
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to understand a brief and work independently
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Portfolio is a must
