Design and Sales Specialist/Expert for MPCG location

Location: Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh (MPCG)
We are looking for Design & Sales Specialists/Experts (DSS/E) to strengthen the Sleek by Asian Paints business across MPCG.
Key Responsibilities:
Design customized kitchen and wardrobe solutions using AutoCAD / 20-20 or similar design software, including 3D visualization.
Understand customer requirements, conduct design consultations and convert enquiries into orders.
Handle customer walk-ins and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Conduct site visits for measurements and ensure installation readiness.
Coordinate with dealers, backend, installation and service teams for smooth execution.
Manage the complete customer journey — enquiry → design → quotation → order booking → installation → after-sales.
Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, dealers and channel partners.
Generate new business opportunities and support expansion of the Sleek business across MPCG.
Be open to travel within the assigned territory/state as required.
Candidate Profile:
Experience in modular kitchen / wardrobe / interior / furniture / home improvement sales & design preferred.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD / 20-20 Design / 3D designing tools.
Strong customer-handling, communication and negotiation skills.
Sales-oriented with ability to achieve targets.
Willingness to travel and work across the assigned territory.
Preferred Experience: 2–8 years in Kitchen, Wardrobe, Interior or related business.
