Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Udaipur. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts for brand identities, marketing campaigns, events, and digital media, ensuring consistency with client and internal brand guidelines. Daily tasks include designing graphics for social media, print collateral, presentations, and event materials, as well as preparing files for production and collaborating with copywriters, marketers, and event teams. The role involves translating briefs into compelling visual solutions, iterating on feedback from stakeholders, and maintaining an organized library of design assets. The Graphic Designer will also stay current with design trends and tools to continually elevate the quality of creative work.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
Ability to develop brand-aligned visual identities and layouts for digital, print, and event-related materials.
Skill in typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
Experience creating designs for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional content.
Comfort working from creative briefs, presenting concepts, and incorporating feedback constructively.
Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a comparable field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Portfolio demonstrating a range of design work across digital and print mediums; experience in events or media is a plus.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with openness to working in a young, unconventional team culture.
