About Keepers
Keepers builds and runs websites for small businesses in the US. Clients pay a one-time build fee and a monthly plan starting at $19, and we handle the build, hosting and upkeep.
What you'll do
You'll work from India and bring in US business in two ways:
Sell directly to US small businesses. Find owners who need a website, run discovery calls and close 12-month subscriptions.
Partner with agencies. Sign up small web, marketing and creative agencies that resell our service to their clients, either as their own brand (white label) or under the Keepers brand.
You'll also:
Sell plan upgrades and add-ons to existing clients
Keep your pipeline up to date in our CRM
How you get paid
Phase 1, proving yourself (3–6 months): You're paid commission only, in INR, with no cap. You earn commission on every plan, upgrade and add-on you sell, including deals that come through agencies you bring in.
Phase 2, joining the team: If you hit your targets consistently, you get a fixed monthly salary and keep the same commission.
You earn commission once the client's payment clears, and we never take it back.
Who we're looking for
You live in India
You're an intern, a fresher or an experienced rep. We care more about drive than your résumé.
Fluent, confident English on phone and video calls with US clients
Comfortable working US business hours (evening or night shift IST)
Self-motivated and able to handle rejection
Nice to have: experience in international or US sales, or selling SaaS, web services or agency services
