We're looking for experienced Backend Engineers (SDE-1) who are passionate about building scalable distributed systems, solving complex engineering challenges, and shipping products that create real business impact.
If you've worked with a product-based company—especially in the FinTech ecosystem—and enjoy owning systems end-to-end, we'd love to connect.
📍 Location: Noida (Work From Office)
⚡ Notice Period: Early Joiners Preferred
🏢 Preferred Background: Product-based companies (FinTech experience is a strong plus)
🎓 IITs, NITs, IIITs, BITS and other premier institutes preferred
What You'll Be Working On
🔹 Designing and building highly scalable backend services and distributed systems
🔹 Architecting and developing robust microservices and high-performance APIs
🔹 Driving system design, performance optimization, reliability, and scalability initiatives
🔹 Building secure, fault-tolerant applications that serve high-volume production traffic
🔹 Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver impactful solutions
🔹 Leading technical discussions, mentoring engineers, and contributing to engineering best practices
Skills We Value
✅ 1+ years of hands-on backend development experience
✅ Strong coding skills in Java or Python
✅ Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring, FastAPI, or Django
✅ Strong understanding of Microservices, REST APIs, Distributed Systems, and System Design
✅ Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred)
✅ Hands-on exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other event-driven architectures
✅ Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
✅ Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code
