Graphic design intern, Global Creative Services
Location: Santander, Spain (hybrid)
Duration: 6 to 12 months
Schedule: flexible, compatible with university studies
About the team
The Global Creative Services team in Santander is part of Ingram Micro's Global Marketing organization. The team works on brand and marketing campaigns for the company worldwide, from brand guidelines and visual identity to campaign key visuals and the creative assets that bring them to life across channels.
What you will do
Support the art directors and creative directors in the production of creative assets for global brand and marketing campaigns.
Support the art directors during concepting: visual research, moodboards, and helping prepare references and early explorations for key visuals and new campaigns.
Support the production of style guides for new campaigns and identities, laying out and assembling the pages from the direction set by the art directors.
Adapt, resize and version campaign materials for different channels and markets, always following the brand guidelines.
Help build and maintain templates, design components and asset libraries so the brand stays consistent across teams.
Check that delivered work follows brand standards, and prepare files for handover to other teams and external agencies.
Explore and apply AI tools in the creative process, within the company's approved toolset, and share what works with the team.
Take part in team reviews and campaign sessions to learn how global brand work is built.
What we are looking for
Studying or recently graduated in graphic design, visual communication, advertising or a related field.
Comfortable working with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
Solid layout and typography fundamentals, and attention to detail when working within a visual system.
Interest in brand and marketing, and curiosity about how creative work supports a business.
Curiosity about AI tools applied to design, and willingness to test and learn.
A team player who communicates openly, humble about their own work and eager to learn from others.
Flexible, and able to adapt to what each project needs.
English at working level, both written and spoken. The team works daily with colleagues in Europe and the US.
A portfolio with academic, personal or professional projects.
Basic video editing or motion is a plus.
