Guest Experience Host (Front of House)

About Elemental
Elemental is a growing hospitality company working across F&B, bars and events. We run two verticals:
Events: We host events across India, travelling to different cities and collaborating with bars and hospitality spaces.
Our Assets: We own and operate bars under the brand BarFind, currently at KMC and Kitab Mahal in Mumbai, and now opening our newest bar in Bangalore.
About the Role
We're looking for someone to become the face of BarFind Bangalore. Guests should remember us not just for the drinks, but for how they felt and the experience they had with our team.
We already have a small, skilled bar team. We want our bartenders to focus on what they do best, which is creating great drinks, while you take ownership of guest interaction and the overall experience.
The role involves:
Welcoming and interacting with guests
Building a rapport with guests and making them feel comfortable
Understanding guest requirements and ensuring a smooth experience
Coordinating with the bar, kitchen and other teams
Handling guest queries and resolving basic issues
Maintaining a positive, energetic and welcoming atmosphere
Being actively involved in the overall guest experience
Representing BarFind and the brand in a positive way

Outgoing, confident and approachable, someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people
An excellent communicator who can engage naturally with all kinds of guests
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy bar environment
A team player who works well with bartenders, kitchen and management
Presentable, positive and calm under pressure
Open to travelling for events across cities
Preferred Requirements
Fluency in English and Hindi; Kannada is a plus
Basic knowledge of drinks and hospitality service
